Does anyone use nutritional scales to help with carb counting? If so, can anyone recomend a good one as i am looking to buy some. I know its lazy but it seems easier than getting the calculator out. I was also wondering if the scales are only as good as the food database it uses?! Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi covman,
I bought these scales and am really happy with them. Tested them out with some known-value foodstuffs and the pre-programmed values seem accurate.

Only thing is they require you to have a bowl for putting the food in. would have been handy to have a ready-supplied bowl.
