Oatmeal porridge is Very filing, but yet impacts blood sugar level. Which one you have found that impacts blood sugar level the least? Please share your experience.
Unfortunately I can’t eat any kind of oatmeal, it spikes my BG too high, and I loved porridge. Sorry that’s the only experience I can share. I’m looking forward to seeing other responses as I’d love to have this in my life again.
I know one of members @Rachox makes her own keto “porridge” every morning - obviously it has no oats but it must good because I know she’s been making it for years

I do a one portion variation of Noatmeal porridge from the Freshwell project
1tbsp coconut flour,1tbsp flaxseed,1tbsp chia seeds,sprinkle of cinnamon. Add milk of your choice,I use no sugar almond to your preferred consistency. Microwave 1min,stir,microwave 1min
