I’ve seen diabetes videos mostly from USA saying do not eat oatmeal or porridge as we know it as one of the No-Nos. I had a small amount of porridge for breakfast with a small amount of blueberries, 2 black berries and 3 prunes. Tested after 2 hours and it was 8.4. Before taking Metformin. Same amount next day, with Metformin after and it was 4.7 Didn’t expect it to be so low.
