So I’ve been exercising last couple days.
I’ve had really good sugars before that.
Wake up in 6s and spend the day in 5s and 6s.
Today though after 20 mins of exercise I went straight up to 7.7 then within half an hour dropped to 5. Something. Which is great.
All day I’ve been in the 5s which is awesome.
But I’ve just eaten 1.5 sausages at 1.4 carbs for the two and my sugars went down. Nothing to worry about at 5.1
But my arms feel really shakey and I feel very shakey etc
I thought I’d be away from false hypos now but is it possible my body is mourning the loss of the rise to 6s and finding it a shock to be in the 5s all day with no rise?
Find it hard to believe but thought I’d check
