Off the cuff Fat Fast

Yes, I did enjoy I the FF, because it showed me how much fat I could tolerate, and how much was too much.

My guests and family are returning from the mountains tomorrow evening. They are all good trenchermen and will expect a feast, so it's roast lamb, a tray full of roast vegetables , with a Desperate Dan-sized Apple pie for dessert.
Sounds yum

And I have to thank you @Baruney, ' our man in the racketball court' for being such a great food designer, your Aussie plate was a true gem! And also for being so companionable. It makes a difference not to be doing FF in isolation.

Next time,it's the Fat Bomb Wars!,

Thank you @Merrylizard1314 and can I just say thank you for the prompt to start and the companionship on our journey together.

But wait. Your an aussie. Where's your swagger and competitive spirit.

Oh I see. You want to start a ff ashes. Ok you're on. 1 all then. Next series it is the battle of the fat bombs!

Enjoy your feast and your company and as mentioned thanks for being such a sport. It truly was off the cuff!

But wait! There's more!
I was astounded to see that my bl.pr. numbers have improved a significant amount.
I can hardly stop smiling, which is peculiar, as I am alone until tonight.
So, triple CTS!

For the cats, after the 3.5km tramp, a recitation of A Jacobite's Epitaph. Last stint for me. Walked home- cold, but relished the exercise.

BP thats great, but its time to let go of the linear CTS scale for now , seize the moment ,be expansive and go for a CTS to the power of 3 instead.

So no one was able to guess what the common theme was in the ode to Europe meal.

Did I say @Brunneria @nomistheman that there was a bottle of wine for the winner.

Ok I'll guess that all the ingredients on the plate came from the same store -aldi.

Bottle of wine for me then!

Judges decision is final.

Have at least a glass of Merlot, for me.
But well done for guessing the answer.
Not .

Last night I had a glass of Cabernet/Sauvignon to compensate for loss by omission.
