Hi all

Hope you are well .

Can you help with advice please I pulled my pump off the other day well 5 days ago tbh and it left what i thought to be a bruise but it feels like a hard lump under the skin. It is painful to the touch. Just wondered if anyone else has had this issue at all?

Not sure if I need to go to the gp but do not really fancy that at the moment.

Hi @NeilB81

I get these sometimes with my cannula sets, they are quite sore and they take a few days to heal, not worth seeing your GP for unless they take longer than a week to heal or do get worse, but should hopefully clear up soon.

Brilliant thank you for confirming that I will keep an eye on it and hope it goes away

Thanks Neil x

No worries, I am not entirely sure if it's just a build up of fluid/slight allergic reaction but they are pretty harmless, but like I say any longer than a week then get it checked out.
