Really?? It is only on 1.2 an hour. Had to increase it from 1 an hour to that.
Well 1.2/hr may be too much for one person and too little for another person. If your basal rate is only 5% higher than you need, there will be a tendency to eat more and put on weight.Really?? It is only on 1.2 an hour. Had to increase it from 1 an hour to that.
