For a Diabetic the nutrition information is not very good, no mention of carbohydrates.

It's up to you, butr I wouldn't touch them because of the Aspartame in them.

i have been using skinny cow choclate powder (asda) it is 3.9 carbs a serving, and I actually measure out a serving per drink, i use this with unsweetened soya. i like it. and it doesnt seem to raise my bg hardly at all.

I've just been told to cut my sugar right down and not add any extra to anything, I don't have to watch carbs.
Just wondered if it was ok to have from a sugar point of view?

Skinny Cow heard lots about that range but not tried any yet :D

Each 11g serving with 200ml of water contains

37 Calories (2% of adult's Guideline Daily Amount)
4.4g Sugars (5% GDA)
0.9g Fat (1% GDA)
0.7g Saturates (4% GDA)
0.3g Salt (5% GDA)

Ingredients: Whey Powder, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Chocolate, Acacia Gum, Dried Glucose Syrup, Skimmed Milk Powder, Vegetable Fat, Whole Milk Powder, Salt, Stabilisers, Emulsifier, Sweetener (Aspartame), Anti Caking Agent, Flavouring.

You will have to try them and see if it affects your Bg levels much ?

I'll ring the nurse and ask her if they are ok, be nice if I can as that an be my choccy fix :lol:
