Thanks so much for sharing. I had authority from Andreas Eenfeld (Diet Doctor) and Dr David Unwin to use their marerial which I feel is what really makes the video so powerful and informative.

It has been getting so much positive feedback. I'm over the moon. First and foremost from DCUK admin team who have reviewed it and approved it for our forum. Great news. From type 2 diabetics, prediabetics and those who just want to improve their health or lose a few (or quite a few) lbs. And also from doctors, nurses and health care professionals. My own local surgeries are sending the link to
patients. I know others are too.

I can't help my mum now but feel so happy that I can help other mums, grandparents, nephews, friends etc.

Regaining my health all started from this very forum. I will be forever grateful to everyone on here that took time to help and support me on my journey and all the mods who all give so much of their time freely. I'm just giving a little back in my own way.

EDIT to add that there is a comments section for anyone who has questions that I may be able to help with (not medical). Happy to help.
