No white flour, all whole grains. Yes type 2
Doctor put me on victoza 8 months ago. First 4 months numbers came down to 9-10 and than past 3 months spiked up to 20-24 everyday. No reason that I can account for. It was like my body got used to it and now is not working so I stopped victoza and was put on Novo rapid 2 times a day along with lantus.
I don't want to give myself 6 needles a day plus finger pricks 3 times a day. There has to be something that can work for me

I am so frustrated with my high numbers. 20-24 daily for the past 3 months. I think insullin is not my friend. I take lantus and now I have added novo rapid to the picture. My numbers are not coming down no matter what ISO. I walk 30 minutes everyday and carb count. No sweets ever!! I just want to give up! Why are my numbers so high no matter what I take
