It seems odd to celebrate being over weight but I am doing just that. Have been obese for years and have been lchfing since 26th June.
I am now officially no longer obese I am overweight!!!

Its the sort of celebration most people would not understand, so I thought I would just share it here, cos I am actually quite proud of myself.

And really its thanks to this site and my personal guru, bulkbiker.

Yes it felt good when the same happened to me as well.. odd but nice all the same .. Very well done you!
Eh? I'm your personal guru.. argghhh no I'm just a grumpy opinionated old so and so...

I so wanted to give an 'agree' to this, but thought that would be too harsh, @bulkbiker. ;)

Interesting that others are inspired by you, so well done to you!

Thanks @Pipp.. the agree would have made me smile as has your reply...(I quite like being a grumpy opinionated old so and so as you have probably guessed.)
I see that @Oldvatr thinks my confession is informative too!.. hehe

I'm still waiting for that particular day - if ad when it comes I will put the flags out :) congratulations

I've gone from morbidly obese to obese to overweight and am now a smidgeon into the healthy weight so I totally get the celebrating! It is a good feeling!
