Paleo for Dummies

I had to chuckle at the title of the thread 'Paleo for Dummies'................... :lol:

(though victim would also have to be Paleo I think or at least grass fed). Gosh this is difficult :?
 
Yeah! Veggies eat so much grain, that eating one would screw up my Omega 6 ratio. Not forgetting they love stuffing themselves on phytoestrogen-filled, endocrine-disrupting, mineral-leeching soy imitation meats.

When the zombie apocolypse comes I'm eating wiflib and Defren.

Why do you think I do all this running lark? You'd better be a persintance hunting zombie, cos uou ain't going to get any "brains" for at least 13.1.

  1. There is no cream on the list because dairy is not Paleo (Paleo+Dairy=Primal)
  2. Since I'm trying to be a good Paleo boy, I haven't eaten any cream for 50 days :cry: If you smothered wiflib in cream, I'd currently be less likely to eat her.
  3. Wiflib and Defren are too skinny these days to be worth eating. I'd eat Grazer, but he'd probably taste like he was pickled.
 

Yes, I am getting like a rack of ribs these days. Still the tummy fat to shift, but it has finally started to move. Anyway, if I am going to be eaten, then it's covered in cream or you can feed your face with someone who has less class than Libby or I. :lol:
