How are you going to do that?I want to reduce pancreatic fat ...
New study report released in USA recently and posted elsewhere in the Forum shows that a Very Low Carb Diet also removes liver and pancreatic fat, They used MRI scanners to prove empirically in humans that the fat did reduce significantly. So both variants of VLCD (carb AND calorie) seem to emulate the bariatric surgery option. Some ways to reduce pancreatic fat:
Exercise
Reducing fat intake (not to sure I give that much credence)
Bariatric surgery
Give up or cut down alcohol
Stop smoking if you are a smoker
Lose weight
And according to Professor Roy Taylor in order to reverse T2 you need to lose 1 gram of fat from the pancreas to do this he recommends or did recommend calorific restriction by dietary means, Bariatric surgery would reduce calories eaten also but may be a little drastic for most people.

I don’t think one can target where to lose fat from, I think it’s last in , first out. Eat healthy and exercise
