I am looking forward to this event, I know some of the people taking part although I suspect they will not remember me now.

Heads up for two paddlers, Jeanette Chippington an old swimming friend and Emma Wiggs who used to play sitting volleyball.

I hope the coverage is sports orientated and Rio puts on a good show for the athletes.
