Pasta

I read about this a while ago then forgot all about it! I'm reluctant to test it now as my BG is still too high, but I look forward to hearing if other people try it. Will try it myself one day when I'm more stable, can't wait! ;)
 
Ha - I like your thinking - still wouldn't risk eating pasta - even with a moderate spike. Although I have tried eating slim rice and that's brilliant ;)
 
I've tried the Slim pasta, noodles and rice, all good with no carbs, but I'd still prefer to eat the real stuff if possible.
Maybe pre-cooked pasta reheated by stir-frying with butter, that sounds good :)
 
Resistant Starch, there was a few discussions on this subject last year when the programme was aired.
