Patient Access, missing documents

So my surgery has finally confirmed my request to have 'advanced' on-line access to my records via 'Patient access' - so I've been having a look at things, allsorts of oddities have cropped up!

I have hypertension, since 1999, but all my results on line are all marked as normal........hey ho. But I know my BP was raised for a bit and medicated for it.

I had measles in 1975, don't remember that :wideyed::angelic:

But my main concern is that in the list of documents there's lots of greyed out document image letter 'links' and also there's nothing prior to 2001.

Anyone else who uses Patient access have similar 'broken' documents?
 
Hi. My surgery uses System Online. I think you will find letters etc are always blocked on both systems. At least test results are available. I have some errors in my records as well and the records don't go back too many years. I guess it's too costly to put all of the paper stuff in?
