I recommend peanut butter with as little added as possible especially no palm oil.
This is not a diabetes thing. It is an environmental concern. And not necessary.
Actually, I have never found a peanut butter in the UK with added sugar (unless you go for the very cheap ones, maybe). Some have salt but that should be it.
I am currently enjoying Manilife crunchy peanut butter. It has the largest pieces of nut in it that I have come across so very crunchy.
The ingredients are peanuts and salt only.

Or you can easily make your own in a blender dry roasted peanuts and a little olive oil is all that is required.
