You said scissors there like we are allowed them in the office!

I tend to hit between 4000 and 5000 a day, more if I have a game of just dance when I get home

Careful with who you talk to about your interest in pedometry. I remember the paediatrician who was attacked by someone who thought he was a paedophile. Meanwhile I will persevere with the peloton because of my interest in pedantry.

Also, if a swimmer, ensure your "SPEEDO"s don't lose a letter <G>

Haha oh dear about the no scissors office! Still Just Dance is a lot of fun. I'm **** at it though, I imagine I'm doing awesome and then get a useless score, not that that matters. It's fun just dancing like a loon.

My target is 10,000 however I normally pass 8000 and 50% of the time get the 10,000 sometimes manage 15k

3184 so far and I didnt go for a lunchtime walk! just dance to go yet. Just been trying to find an interview outfit........might have to find time for shopping before friday!

i did a 5k run also but not counting it, although i think ill take it next run just to see how many steps it is )

I just worked out (strength training) so I'm at 710. Doctors appointment this morning so should pick some up walking to the surgery and then to the bus
