about 22,000 today, but I will admit that about 17, 000 of that was during a 16km run.

A couple of relatively low days over the weekend, feeling a bit lazy I guess
It's a public holiday today here in Cyprus so off work and planning to spend it in the village my family came from.
Quite a sleepy place and not much to do there this time of the year except walk in the countryside so hopefully I should build up a better score today

6451 today, not counting my run.
Just a normal day into London to the office then up to Aberdeen for the next few days.
Client this week is in walking distance.

Raining today so no morning walk- makes me appreciate how easy I have it weather wise most days!
At least the rain should clear the terrible atmospheric dust we suffered from yesterday . No blue sky in these photos from yesterday's visit to the village
I did manage a slightly better step count of about 9.600 yesterday, but I also probably helped myself to a bit too much village hospitality
Anyway, Here's a summary of my last month's step counts
Must do something to rectify the worrying downward trend! Started impressively enough but kind of faded away since.

Forced myself to go for a 7km walk tonight, which really helped with today's total

6362 for me yesterday. Work dinner so that was really only walking to and from the restaurant. Run tonight should push things up for today

9876 today, mainly walking to/from the client offices, plus an 8km run (not counted)
Tomorrow will be lower, travel day so taxi to airport, DLR and train home, taxi from the station. I will run in the morning though
