Use the action setting?

How can you go out at that time? That's basically bed time!

I'm so cold I can't feel my feet - despite 2 pairs of socks. Huddled under a blanket to try warm up so no more steps for me for a while!

theres an action setting? i basically tossed the instruction booklet in the bin as soon as i opened the box, i figured how hard can it be lol

but i am a bloke

how do i change the setting pls?

i go to sleep about midnight or later never before, im up at 5:45 i just dont seem to need much sleep
 
I'm up 5:45 too, bed by 10 though!

To turn on the setting you hold down the centre button. Do your action, then hold down again to turn it off. Then it will count the steps in that action so you know steps just for that bit

andy -Do you find you need less sleep now you are thinner and fitter or were you always like that?
 
i slept for england before, when i was sitting i was sleeping, my wife and kids used to laugh at me because i could fall asleep so fast, this is true i once about 2 years ago fell asleep in our walk in shower, i woke as i burst through the door and caught myself on the hand basin lol

since dx and lchf i have oodles of energy i even do a little diy now lol
 
I can sit through a whole film now, before I could sleep sitting up, it was only when my head jerked forward I would wake up.
 
lol i know exactly wht you mean, we was in GOSH with my little one when she was about 4 and i woke in a waiting room full of posh people with her shouting in my face "DADDY WAKE UP" lol
 
and.......and its a big and...... ive stopped snoring!!!!!!!!!!!! lol i was the worst snorer eveyone who heard me had ever heard (apparently)

I've stopped snoring too. Not because of weight loss though, they removed my tonsils lol

T2, Metformin 850 Mg (1 tablet twice daily), venlafaxine 75mg (1 tablet daily), buscopan 10mg (2 tablets 4 times daily)

Andy it's normally me floundering but feeling hyper today. Got Scouts tonight too so that'll bump it up. Got to admit am enjoying not using the car though.
