Well that's my lot for today, 7180, quiet day tomorrow as new bathroom being fitted.

T2, Metformin 850 Mg (1 tablet twice daily), venlafaxine 75mg (1 tablet daily), buscopan 10mg (2 tablets 4 times daily)

What sort of pace you at Andy ? That's some impressive miles there buddy ! You've made such great progress. You should be very proud mate !

thankyou mate the pace today puts me on just under 5 hours for the marathon but i was fighting against wind and rain most of the run, thank god it was clear for the last 3 miles or i may stopped lol, if i can do it under 5 ill be happy, nay very happy so every minute less will be a bonus, i still have some time to improve, im not counting but its 70 days 5 hours 52 minutes and 38 seconds until 13th april
