Afternoon!!

I'm looking to start exercising more after being diagnosed with Type 2. Does anyone know if there's a pedometer freebie anywhere?

I think British Heart Foundation had some

PS the freebie ones haven't been all that reliable in the past.
 
I used to use one, but I couldn't seem to get the stride setting right as I have very small strides, so now I just time my walks instead.
 
Some (not all) council run gym's give away Pedometers as a way of promoting good health.
