Hi,

Can anyone out there enlighten me please?

My Novorapid insulin pen has the facility to tell you how many units you have just injected on the cap. Normally, you pull it out and press it in, and it will let you know what you have just injected. For some reason, my pen cap just keeps saying 'End'.... What on earth does that mean?

Thank you!

The memory battery could be running low or end of life?

The pen will still work, though…

Edit to add this.

How long have you used this pen?
Empty battery?

Apparently you have to have a new pen when the battery runs out .....because you can't get a new battery for it!!!

It’s a sealed unit.
So when the battery dies, the memory & NFC (if it has NFC?) function will stop.

But as I said earlier. The mechanics of the pen can still be used for injections.
