With this Labour Goverment taking away the 10p tax poorer people will be forced to buy cheaper food, foods with extra fat, sugar, and salt, Diabetic people are low paid as well this means even more obease children, they have even baned the fast food ban. If the number of people with diabetes goes up we will all know who to blame.

Cooking our own food is safer and healthier, this way you can control salt,sugar and fat intake and you actually know what you are eating?

I too believe the government has decided against abolishing the 10p tax!
Having said that, there are still far too many rising prices to make life very difficult for the less well off. Many of us are existing on benefits and are constantly seeing our supermarket prices rising higher and higher. Fuel costs too, including domestic fuels, are on a roller coaster of price increases. These of course affect every other commodity because of the increased transport costs.
A letter yesterday from my gas and electricity supplier informed that they were increasing my DD for electricity to £89 monthly :shock:

Does anybody know of anything that has come DOWN in price recently??
