Hi

My experience was that my neuropathy was extremely painful. It was a mix of pins and needles (just about tolerable) stabbing pains (very difficult) and burning feet (the worst). Mainly occurred in the evening and at night. I found very little that helped - pain relief didn't really work. The best solution at the time was just to get up and walk around a bit, that seemed always to ease the pain, although the sleep deprivation was another issue.

I have no experience with foot massagers or vibration plates, although I can see how they might help along the same lines of just walking about helping.

My neuropathy has more or less gone alongside getting my BG back to normal levels in early 2020. I still have a mild tingle occasionally (which is probably permanent damage) but it's not pain.

It would seem that the solution overall is to get BG back to normal and to keep it there . My own BG is near normal but I’m going to continue with spending time about 15mins daily on Vibration plate and 15mins daily on EMS Foot Messager in the hope that this will assist my BG near normal readings and help to reverse my PN

I hope the vibration plate works on the neuropathy. I think it's unlikely to do anything for your blood glucose levels, though.

Agree re reply that Vibration Plate and EMS foot massager will not have anything to do with my BG levels Thank you

I use a foot massager but also have stopped taking metformin as it inhibits the body’s ability to absorb vitamin B12 which the body needs to repair nerves but still taking my Dapagoflozin. I’m seeing how that will help.

Like many others I have found that controlling my BG levels has been the most helpful in reducing pain in my feet.

Also over the last year I switched from custom made orthotics in my shoes to using "barefoot style" shoes 90% of the time - rationale was to increase movement, and blood flow to, in the muscles, ligaments and tendons in my feet. Once I became accustomed to them I have had much less painful incidents, especially at night.
