Twice already this month i did right by myself by buying wholemeal bread, salads and lot's of vegetables. Also, i brought lot's of fish for my only protein intake because I don't like tofu. I am now officially a pescetarian and i am enjoying it too.

I eat a fair bit of fish myself, particularly in the summer I might be eating fish for almost half my meals - I live within sight of the sea so it is easy to go down to the harbour and get it really fresh.
To keep my HbA1c low I don't eat bread, or any grain but salads, veges and berries are the main sources of carbs for me.
