This seems like real progress as the credible JDRF organisation are behind it. On BBC news this morning the trial was reported to be going really well, just a little frustrating how long the next phase of the trial is going to take, but it is understandable that safety is paramount.

I think this is the mult1peptide trial, or something similar. From what I understand, this is more of a vaccine approach than a "cure", but it's certainly an interesting step.
 
The JDRF do some incredible work. Exciting times ahead.......
