Please help sciencey people

I did not comment earlier as although my original aim was no more than 50 gm of carbs a day and I have a defunct thyroid I have not had more than a very fleeting problem with 'wobblies' - but - I have always had full fat Greek yoghurt and put cream in my coffee.
I should have written I HAD a defunct thyroid. I was taking 200 micrograms of Thyroxine for many years, but after 4 years of low carb, I began to need less and it has been reduced down in 25 microgram steps and am now at 125 micrograms and due another test soon.

The Wobblies is an excellent way to describe it! It was every day for me until I added back in the Greek yoghurt and milk. I’ve just got to 125mg and feeling great - it’ll be interesting to see what happens from here if your journey is anything to go by!
