Running high is going to make you feel quite poorly, think of a formula one car running on diesel, we’re not designed to cope with excess glucose so the body will try and excrete it so drinking lots of water is vital. It’s best to call your team for guidance on doing correction doses to get your levels down if your not able to do it yourself yet, once your back into your target range you will feel much better both physically and mentally- try not to feel discouraged though, please talk to those around you about how your feeling and lean on us here too.
