At 16g carb per 100g so 1/5th of that particular pack I wouldn’t eat it, I used to love it haven’t had it for at least 12 years. The only way to know is to test before and after eating it and see what it does to your BG only then can decide if you are happy to eat it, I think you may be disappointed. When I test a new food I usually test first bite then 1,2 and 3 hours and test it at least twice. Very rarely do that these days as I’m keto so my food is usually zero carbs unless it’s from above ground veg
