Well I attended yesterday and ... according to my Fitbit, it is the most inactive day I have spent in over 6 weeks! ... Conclusion: probably useful at the beginning if you haven't been briefed or taken the trouble to read all the other info provided on 'it'.

When I read that I did a bit of a search online for some details and couldn't find a thing. Did you ever try and check it out?
I didn't consider it as possibly valid. If the T2 problem is sat fat blocking of the cell "keyholes" (sic) then excess carbs will be the cause, NOT butter.
I did report to PHC, but no comment.

Can you do any courses on line please
Have you taken one since you were diagnosed? If so, how helpful did you find it, if at all?
If you haven't taken any courses - is that because you've never been offered a place, or because you just felt like you didn't need it?
Would you recommend the course(s) to any of your friends if they were to get diagnosed with diabetes?

I attended the Expert course at my local village hall, I found it very patronizing being asked match up photos of food labels, being shown how to read food labels??... .
