Hi All
I have type 1 and i'm following a ketogenic diet to improve glycaemic control. I generally don't go over 30g of carbs a day. Now i'm wondering, if I wake up in hypo and have to take 10g of fast acting glucose to treat it, should I then count that 10g as part of my daily carb intake? I'm not really that bothered if I go 10g or so over my limit, I was just curious.
