Whelks,winkles... All crustaceous seafood except prawns. Can't do crab.lobster or scallops.
Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!
Also HATE evaporated milk.
I have a bag of popcorn in my cupboard which I would like to eat.

These are unpopped and I don't add anything ( no sugar or salt ) and cook in a tiny bit of rapeseed oil.

Before I start trawling Google for nutritional value I thought I would ask here first.

Would popcorn be classed as a low carb food please?

I dont think popcorn is low carb. If i remember well 100g has about 65g carbs. if you eat small amount it should be ok but whole packet not really.

Fair play! I love salad but cinema+popcorn is a a match made in heaven! well it used to be,luckily I don't get much chance for cinemas these days so the temptation isn't as bad as it may be for some.

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
Popcorn hasquite a high percentage of carb,[around 50%] but since it doesn't weigh much, you can probably have a SMALL portion without too much worry. salt will not add any carb, but will help taste.

I love popcorn. LOVE it! When I go to the cinema I always indulge in a small one  I wouldn't enjoy the movie without it

I did by a bar of lindt 90% coco chocolate the other day as been told just a very small amount of very high cocoa chocolate is ok every now and then. As of yet non tryed it. It will have to wait for special occasion or untill I can no longer contain the beast lol

Buttered salted was my favourite too! I make my own jelly sweets by making a sugar free jelly up with less water so it's stronger tasting and pour it into ice cube moulds and set them in the fridge :)
