Porridge

    Tried porridge this morning...a plain sachet, 16g carbs.... Had my highest reading ever 2 hours later of 11. Disaster... Been living off Weetabix or poached eggs with tomato on 1 slice of toast for 6 weeks. Thought porridge would've fine!!

    Unfortunately out of the list you send the poached egg (and maybe tomato) are the lower carb options

    Weetabix, toast (depending on the bread) and porridge are all likely higher carbs
