I’m terrible at portion sizing
so I’m back to work next week and so getting loads of snackie things ready so if I need something I’ve got it and I won’t be tempted.
one thing I’m doing is pork belly in air fryer, now over lockdown I think I was making the portions too big.
So just cooked them now and divvied them up into bags weighing around 24-26g. Would you say that’s a good snack size for pork belly (I’m thinking it’s so fatty I shouldn’t need much just as a snack).
Or is it far too small to be worth having it?
