hello
things are going great now, since i had my morning bs of 9.1 yesterday, imagine my suprise of getting these bs of 3.2, 5.9, 7.7, and this morning my bs was 3.2.
a great improvement.
one question tho is 3.2 too low?
i wish i had done this ages ago.
but im not turning back now.
thank you.

Anything below 4 mmol/l is considered to be hypoglycaemic. Not recommended.

How do you feel at this level ?

hello
thank you for the reply.
hardly any, ive cut out potatoes, bread, rice altogether.
i have omlettes, mushroom or cheese or bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled ham, salmon, broccoli, leeks, curly kale, cauliflour, iceberg lettuce with boiled eggs, dry spare ribs from chinese shop, steak, pork, and if i want a snack i eat walnuts, or scratchins.
it really works.
good luck.

I function quite happily at 3.9 for most of the day. 3.2 feels too low for me, I think it's a personal thing though but I've found 3.6 to be my lowest before I start feeling light headed.
