I will think about how I could best convey that data out of my sprawling spreadsheets. Typical breakfasts for instance: 6.4 just before; 8.5 after 45 minutes; 6.4 after 2 hours. All breakfast figures back to baseline or below it after 2 hours. Typical main evening meals, mostly 40-50g of carbs: 5.3 before, 6.9 after 2 hours. Can eat 40g of porridge with 5 prunes without much of a spike and back to baseline after 2 hours. Seem to be doing ok-ish for the last year on 135g daily carbs, so have leeway to reduce should any drift begin.It would be helpful if you shared the blood meter readings and the foods they relate to.
