Potatoes.....confused!

It would be helpful if you shared the blood meter readings and the foods they relate to.
I will think about how I could best convey that data out of my sprawling spreadsheets. Typical breakfasts for instance: 6.4 just before; 8.5 after 45 minutes; 6.4 after 2 hours. All breakfast figures back to baseline or below it after 2 hours. Typical main evening meals, mostly 40-50g of carbs: 5.3 before, 6.9 after 2 hours. Can eat 40g of porridge with 5 prunes without much of a spike and back to baseline after 2 hours. Seem to be doing ok-ish for the last year on 135g daily carbs, so have leeway to reduce should any drift begin.
