Good day to u all,
I really appreciate all of u for being swift in answering our questions. Please can I take the following:
1. Powdered milk
2. Bournvita
3. Sweetener eg Aspartame
Thank u for your response!

If you Google carbs in Bournvita, although info varies, it appears to be quite high carb for a drink. In liquid form carbs will raise your blood sugars more quickly as it is absorbed faster than any solid food.
The only way to be sure of any of the products you’ve listed is to test your blood sugar before and after consumption.

I don't know if YOU can. Only way to find out is to test - eat some and see what it does to your BG.
I can't handle the first two items at all - aspartame has zero impact on my BG (and I use it) but you will hear people say many other things about aspartame unconnected to its BG impact.

I have cocoa powder, mixed with cold full fat milk then topped up with boiling water and some double cream - plus a small sprinkle of truvia. Relatively low carb, and testing shows this is fine for me.
