I am on 500mg metformin x 2 per day. My fasting BG is 100 or below but PP is from 155 to 168. Is this good management?
@Rachox thanks for your reply. My breakfast is one cup of tea with milk no sugar + one boiled egg. At Lunch and Dinner, I eat lots of fresh vegs. salads + chicken/mutton curry + one small brown pita bread or sometimes one cup boiled rice. By the way, I checked Diabetes101 website which says PP 160 mg.dl or 8.8 mmol/l BG is considered normal still I am worried about my PP numbers.Your fasting looks good to me. However your pp numbers are higher than recommended for a type 2. Your numbers equal 8.6 - 9.3 mmol/l in U.K. measurements. Here’s a link to the recommended numbers:

What type of diet do you eat on a typical day?

Thanks for your advice.... will tryRather than concentrating on the actual post meal level, it is better to look at the actual rise from before eating to the 2 hour mark. This should be under 2mmol/l (36mg/dl), and hopefully a lot less. The flatter the better.
