Morning all, first one of the morning was 6.7 , inspired by others, I hopped on our (dusty) rowing machine, rowed 2000m and tested my BG after - it's 7.6! I haven't eaten anything yet as I follow an 20:4 window eating approach - any clue why it went up?

A fasting blood sugar level from 5.6 to 7.0 mmol/L is considered prediabetes. fasting usually can improve insulin sensitivity, pancreatic response to blood sugars, and even prevent prediabetes from turning into diabetes
