Hope my fasting results help others in seeing fasting numbers do jump around throughout the night and day, and not to be concerned if one day it's lower than the next:

2nd January: 5.4(94)@6:33am, 5.0(90)@7:13am, 4.7(84)@07:41am,4.5(81)@08:13am. (all done while resting in bed, so not to influence the results)
Yesterday(3rd January): 4.2(75)@5:38am
Today(late night 4am): 4.7(84)@13:28.

Those are impressive numbers, a question, are you prediabetic? Plus, what is your current A1C ?

5.6 today, I had cider vinegar before bed so not sure if that helped or just a fluke !

Todays fasting 5.4 at 7.23am

Mine's been going up from 6.2 before Christmas. I had a break (no testing strips) and it was 7.2 this morning. It went down to 6.3 after 2 hours though.

7.5 at 7.50 today (fasting). It's better than the 8.2 I had a few days ago. Cider vinegar and some almonds at bedtime. No wine with dinner yesterday.
