Pre made foods

All depends on what the sugar is, fructose, lactose, etc.
And the amount!
Don't forget that any carbs as well as sugars, turn into glucose whilst ingestion and digestion.

I would stay away from pre made or manufactured foods because of the hidden sugars, preservatives, and high carbs!
 
Hi. Forget sugar and think carbs because sugars are just carbs. Keep your daily total intake of carbs down to a sensible level which will vary from person to person. Most would aim to keep the max daily carbs at below 200gm and many aim for less than 100gm.
