Pre/Post Workout shake does this one look good for T2 ?

Ordered this last week and with how low the carbs/fat etc is thinking of mixing it with double cream for a pre and post workout shake.

Think it should be okay for my T2 ?

Hi. It looks OK based on the ingredients if slightly expensive.

Yeah thats true i'm finding my new diet overall quite pricey going to be looking into those muscle food hampers for cheaper priced meat this month also

Looks fine to me. But eggs and meat might be cheaper.

Looks great, but expensive. Check and see if you can find isopure.

edit, I was thinking Lbs. so the price is comparable

Yeah I eat tons of Meat and Eggs just wanted something quick and easy for after a workout and also to satisfy my sweet tooth/milkshake craving lol... using it to ween myself off of diet soda
