Since Abbott rolled out 'upgraded?' drivers for LV I can't upload from my reader via my PC. I can though access all my previous uploads. I carried out all the checks on my PC suggested on the pop-ups after a failed upload, and my PC meets and exceeds ALL the criterea. I'm using the latest version of Firefox.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

I just tried it to check.
Under Windows 7 Professional the drivers are installed but LibreView refuses to recognises and keeps downloading the drivers.
After the first time, when the package is run it complains that the drivers are already installed.

So round and round in circles.

Using Google Chrome.
Version 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Edit: apparently Windows 7 is no longer supported.

I'm running the latest version of Windows 8.1.

Windows 7 should be avoided.
It is not supported which means it is not possible to get any security updates so your laptop is at risk whenever you connect it to the internet which you have to do to upload your Libre data to the cloud.

Windows 10 was the latest version of 8.1 as an update.

Windows 11 the latest M$ offering is causing havoc with 'drivers" as well.

You will be better off using an android tablet or phone than windows.

I respectfully disagree.

Can you explain?
Do you disagree that no security updates puts your data at risk?

PC behind a firewall mitigates most problems.
Anti Virus mitigates further.
Security updates are good, but if you look into the majority of exploits they don't really apply to a home user.
Most seem to require access to the local LAN and often administrator privileges.

So lack of latest security updates can increase your risk.
However they may not do this to a significant amount.

See also Android phones out of manufacturer support.

Will Windows 10 run on your PC? you might still be able to do the free upgrade ... worked when I tried it but it is a while ago ... but it's like most software 'upgrades' :(
It would run, but I neither need nor want it at present. I will give serious thought to Windows 11 next year after more bugs have been ironed out.
According to Abbott, LibreView with the new drivers should run under Windows 8.1, but it doesn't, at least in my case.

Have you tried using a different browser to firefox?

LibreView is now again working with Windows 8.1. I've done nothing to change my PC system. Abbott had their LV site down for maintenance at the weekend, I suspect they may have tweaked it to accommodate Win 8.1.
