Nobody has replied yet Andy but one of the mods may be along to give you a hello and some info.
High blood sugars such as yours cause erectile dysfunction. It may be reversible if you can get your levels down i the 5's
I'll be very honest with you here, if your levels remain that high, you will have to deal with all sorts of horrible complications of high blood sugars.

What medications are you taking and what sort of food do you eat?

11 is quite high and ED is a known problem. As suggested maybe you could post your current diet meds exercise etc.

i'd highly recommend getting in touch with your doctor if you are having issues with ED, i am in a similar boat, i thought it was low testosterone, didn't think a 36 year old would suffer from ED. i got bloods take and testosterone levels came back fine, was getting tablets from docs with little impact, got sent to urologist and was getting treatment which worked a few times but was painful, i did have a follow up appointment in august but i had recently had back surgery and was on a lot of pain killers and couldnt make the appointment, i wish i had gone as to be honest things have kind of gone downhill since, i'm booked back into the docs for friday again and will ask for a referral back to the hospital, it's not a nice thing to be dealing with

I had ED for a few weeks when my blood glucose was high.

But when my A1c went down to “pre-diabetic” range, the ED disappeared.

Worry, anxiety and stress were also contributing factors!
