Hi all recently ive started noticing pain in my feet more so that when i was getting cramps in my legs i seen the doctor he wrote off the idea it was neuropathy.
Time moved on from August when i started getting problems my left foot is worse than the right (seems to be where the toes come out from ) if that makes sense.
also for the last month or so ive struggled with getting up an out of the chair.
My blood levels havent been great either quite high mid teens, no matter what im eating seem to be spiking alot more i have also had covid before xmas thought this may be why?

Any help/advice i would be greatfull to hear your thoughts

TIA

I have a nagging pain on my thigh; seems like a nerve and dr. said so too; happened after a fall which may have damaged muscle and nerve; x-ray clearned of broken bones; advice-- take Acetominophen. I find I had to O.D. on the stuff to kill the pain and the walk in clinic dr. would not give me anything stronger; this prevents me from strengthening the muscles; "**** puritans":-)

Have you checked to consider if you need more basal insulin (I'm assuming you're on a basal/bolus regime, ignore me if you're not.)

Illness, stress and reduced exercise can all push your insulin needs up, so the first thing I would do is try to normalise my levels. (Do you have someone you can contact at your diabetic clinic if you're not confident to make any necessary changes?)

Good luck.
