Very good and informative.
Have you checked out Dr William Davis's site at all as Prof Tim had it in one of his slides I noticed.

I have his Wheat Belly cookbook, when I first started LCHF I bought a lot of books relating to the subject but then got overwhelmed! Now things have settled down I think I might have another look at itVery good and informative.

His book is a very interesting read and his site is quite informative.
Just found a series of videos that covers the Prof Noakes "trial". Very interesting viewing.

It's like watching a master classAbsolutely outstanding.
This professor is a hero and these short videos, which present such well formulated summaries for LCHF and ketogenic diets should be required viewing for our entire community.
Prof Noakes, I applaud you
