Protein drinks

    Hi
    As you all know metformin has to be tamed with meals , but in order to loose weight I have been advised to try protein drink instead of breakfast would this count as a meal though to take metformin with ?? Hmm

    I never eat with mine. Never have any problems. In the past always had a protein drink for breakfast due to early starts and again without problem
