Psyillium Husk Powder

Can anyone tell me where they get their powder from please. I've read that it can turn baking purple, bit unappealing really.

I get mine on Amazon, and I kind of wish all my food was purple

Yes - the big bag of psyllium flour I have goes purple when heated - it doesn't make much difference to the results as I add in milled seeds and rye flour so the result is dark anyway.

Buy mine friday m Amazon and yes I use it 4 keto bread and it goes purple!
