Pyscologist time

Hi all some of you may remember me posting a while back i was having alot of problems etc with my T1 i really took it hard had what i say was a melt down stopped taking my insulin etc(made myself ill by not doing it).
I was put in touch with a Diabetic Physcologist referred i should say, its been a struggle but she along with the rest of the team have helped me alot im still not fully sorted they say its going to take time etc but im getting there my HB1AC is down to 99 although high its a step in the right direction im back doing my insulin and also keeping track of my carbs etc.
There some good folks out there and if your struggling dont be like me speak out the help is there im so glad i found it my lack of speaking out and telling people nearly cost me dear .

I will say i hate this T1 with all my heart as it does run deep (along story) my biological mother passed it over to me as she has it to........

Glad to hear you're getting the support you need now, can you reach out to any local t1d groups in your area ? Speaking with other t1d's can help as it's quite a burden to carry the t1d can at times and helps to know others in the same boat, also just to get tips, share stuff etc etc.

There's always someone around on here to chat too, so hope each day you can take small steps to keep yourself well, best wishes J
